If you are using an Intel Mac with OS X 10.4 you will need to install a simple plug-in. This is called Flip4Mac and enables the Windows Media streams to play within the channel players. There are also some settings in the Flip4Mac and Quicktime preferences that need to be selected.

1. Download Flip4Mac from here.
2. Once it is installed you can change the Flip4Mac preferences (found in System Preferences) as below.
   
   



3. If you wish to always have the control bar active whilst viewing streams simply check the boxes as shown below. MAKE SURE the Launch QuickTime Player remains UNCHECKED
• Other preferences for your viewing can be to maintain the aspect ratio and background colour of the player.





4. Finally, adjust your Quicktime preferences (if they aren't already correct) as below.
